Utilisation

Uses

Uses in perfumery :

Ultravanil 80%/DPG has a very powerful vanilla absolute note. Neat it has a strong phenolic background. 1%-2% of a 10% dilution can be used as a booster to other vanillic notes in a formulation.
Ultravanil 80%/DPG works well in combination with vanillin and ethyl vanillin. It is also used to boost the performance of Isobutavan. Ultravanil is far less discolouring than other vanillic notes.
